Instructions
  1. Heat pan and put oil into which put chopped onion, garlic, chilly etc one by one.
  2. When onion gets transparent put potato and pinch of salt cook covered untill half done in low flame.
  3. Once done put the masala powders and methi leaf and cook.
  4. When potato and methi get cooked, nice aroma will comes at that stage put tomato, and again close for 5 minutes.
  5. Finally take out from flame and serve hot with puri, rotis, chappati, parathas...etc
