Aloo Paratha – Breakfast

Aloo paratha is an Indian and Pakistani recipe and one of the most popular breakfast dishes. This recipe is paratha stuffed with spiced aloo or potato mixture.

Instructions
  1. Mix the flour with 1 tsp oil,water and salt and make a dough
  2. Make balls using this dough
  3. Mash the potatoes and mix with all ingredients
  4. Now take dough and dust some flour and make it round shape
  5. Now take another dough and make a bigger round shape than the other
  6. Now put the fillings in the big one and Close with the other rounded dough
  7. Now seal by folding the end of big dough to small dough. Now put some flour and round a little
  8. Now place a tawa when it becomes hot put this paratha into it
  9. When one side is half cooked turn it and add little oil and spread in the paratha
  10. When the other sides is fully cooked turn again and add oil into other side too
  11. Press the end with a flat ladle, the paratha fills puff. Now it’s ready
