Aloo Paratta Delicious aloo paratta ¼ kg Potatoes2 cups Wheat flour (Atta)1 no Onion (optional)(chopped)¼ tsp Chilli powder¼ tsp Garam masala powder½ tsp Fennel seeds (Perinjeerakam)1 tsp Salt2 tbsp CurdGhee for frying Boil the potatoes and mash them.Mix together wheat flour, mashed potatoes, chilly powder, garam masala powder, chopped onions(optional), fennel seeds, salt and curd.Knead them together along with a little water to form a dough.Make big balls off the dough.Roll them out into thick chappathis.Heat the griddle.Cook it on both sides.When half done, spread 2 tsp of ghee on each side and fry on low fire, till little golden.:- Serve hot with sweet curd or pickle.
