Wheat flour

Garam masala

Fennel seeds

Curd
Ghee
for frying
Instructions
Boil the potatoes and mash them.
Mix together
wheat flour
, mashed potatoes, chilly powder,
garam masala
powder, chopped onions(optional),
fennel seeds
,
salt
and curd.
Knead them together along with a little
water
to form a dough.
Make big balls off the dough.
Roll them out into thick chappathis.
Heat the griddle.
Cook it on both sides.
When half done, spread 2 tsp of
ghee
on each side and fry on low fire, till little golden.
:- Serve hot with sweet curd or pickle.
