Instructions
  1. Boil the aloo and cut into small pieces
  2. heat oil in the pan and temper the mustard, broken urad dal, bengal gram, and red chilli
  3. add curry leaves, onion and green chilli and saute it
  4. add salt and turmeric powder and mix it
  5. add ginger garlic paste and mix it
  6. add aloo and mix it and allow to cook for 5 mins
  7. now add grated coconut and mix well
  8. aloo podimas ready to serve.
