delicious and healthy north indian breakfast

Green chilly 2.

Coriander leaves

chaat masala
Jeera Powcer 1/2 TSP
1/4
TSP
Hing
Salt
to tast

Boiled
Potato
Instructions
Saute
onion
in little
oil
,add green chilly,all masala and saute for a minute too add crushed
potato
and mix well.Adjust
salt
and remove from fire.
Put tbsp of
potato
mix into the batter for chapati/roti batter and roll out
Cook both side and add
ghee
before you remove from fire.
Serve with Dal, Curd,fresh
onion
and pickle for Breakfast.
