Combine with all the ingredients, mashed potatoes, grind green peas, salt,turmeric powder, minced onion. minced green chilli, chopped coriander leaves and somp powder. Mix well.
Divide into 10 equal portion. Take each of this mixture make a ball. Now gently flatten each ball into a patty of about ½ inch thick.
Heat 2 tsp oil in a non stick pan over a low heat. arrange the patties on tawa and fry on both side till crisp golden brown, adding oil if required on a very low heat.
