Instructions
  1. Peel the boiled potatoes and mash them very finely.
  2. Boil the green peas and grind.
  3. Combine all the ingredients, mashed potatoes, green peas mixture, salt, turmeric powder, minced onion. minced green chilli, chopped coriander leaves and fennel powder. Mix well.
  4. Divide into 10 equal portions. Take each of this mixture and make a ball. Now gently flatten each ball into a patty of about ½ inch thick.
  5. Heat 2 tsp oil in a non stick pan over a low heat.
  6. Arrange the patties on tawa.
  7. Fry on both side till crisp golden brown, adding oil if required on a very low heat.
  8. :-Serve aloo tikki with chutney.
