Colocasia Stems
Purple stems of colocasia leaves, Cut the stem into 1” pieces

red chillies

Garlic
minced

tsp
Red
chilli powder
½
tsp
Tumeric / haldi powder
2
tsp
Oil
Salt
as reqd
Instructions
Heat
oil
in a pan and fry minced
garlic
till golden brown.
Add the
colocasia stem
pieces, red
chilli powder
, tumeric / haldi powder and
salt
.
Add 3-4 tbsp
water
. Cover and cook on a low flame for 10 minutes.
The stems will turn tender.5) Serve with roti.
