Ingredients
  

  • 1 piece Colocasia Stems Purple stems of colocasia leaves, Cut the stem into 1” pieces
  • 2 to Whole red chillies
  • 1 tsp Garlic minced
  • ½ tsp Red chilli powder
  • ½ tsp Tumeric / haldi powder
  • 2 tsp Oil
  • Salt as reqd

Instructions
 

  • Heat oil in a pan and fry minced garlic till golden brown.
  • Add the colocasia stem pieces, red chilli powder, tumeric / haldi powder and salt.
  • Add 3-4 tbsp water. Cover and cook on a low flame for 10 minutes.
  • The stems will turn tender.5) Serve with roti.
