Instructions
  1. Heat oil in a pan and fry minced garlic till golden brown.
  2. Add the colocasia stem pieces, red chilli powder, tumeric / haldi powder and salt.
  3. Add 3-4 tbsp water. Cover and cook on a low flame for 10 minutes.
  4. The stems will turn tender.5) Serve with roti.
