For brownies:-
  • Butter(melted) - 1/2 cup
  • Sugar - 1 cup
  • Vanilla - 1 tsp
  • Eggs - 2 nos
  • All(unsifted) - 1/2 cu) -
  • Good quality cocoa - 1/3 cup
  • Baking powder - 1/4 tsp
  • Salt - 1/4 tsp
  • Nuts(optional, chopped) - 1/2 cup
For creamy frosting:-
  • Butter, softened - 3 tbsp
  • Good quality cocoa - 3 tbsp
  • Light corn syrup or honey - 1 tbsp
  • Vanilla - 1/2 tsp
  • Confectioners` sugar - 1 cup
  • Milk - 1 -

Instructions
  1. For making brownies:-
  2. Blend butter, sugar, and vanilla in large bowl.
  3. Add eggs and using a wooden spoon, beat well.
  4. Combine flour, cocoa, baking powder, and salt; gradually blend into egg mixture.
  5. Stir in nuts.
  6. Spread in greased 9 inch square pan.
  7. Bake at 350 degree farenheit for 20 to 25 minutes or until brownie begins to pull away from edges of pan.
  8. For making frosting:- 7)Cream butter, cocoa, corn syrup and vanilla in small mixer bowl.
  9. Add confectioners sugar and milk; beat to spreading consistency.
  10. :- Makes about 1 cup frosting.
  11. Spread it over the brownies as soons they come out of the oven.
  12. Cool it completely.
  13. Cut into square pieces and store in air tight container.
