Soft chocolate brownies with creamy frosting

For brownies:-

cup
Butter
melted

cup
Sugar
1
tsp
Vanilla
2
nos
Eggs
All

tsp
Salt
1/2
cup
Nuts
optional, chopped
For creamy frosting:-
3
tbsp
Butter, softened
3
tbsp
Good quality cocoa
1
tbsp
Light corn syrup or
honey
1/2
tsp
Vanilla
1
cup
Confectioners
sugar
1
-
Milk
Instructions
For making brownies:-
Blend butter,
sugar
, and
vanilla
in large bowl.
Add eggs and using a wooden spoon, beat well.
Combine flour, cocoa,
baking powder
, and
salt
; gradually blend into
egg
mixture.
Stir in nuts.
Spread in greased 9 inch square pan.
Bake at 350 degree farenheit for 20 to 25 minutes or until brownie begins to pull away from edges of pan.
For making frosting:- 7)
Cream
butter, cocoa, corn syrup and
vanilla
in small mixer bowl.
Add confectioners
sugar
and
milk
; beat to spreading consistency.
:- Makes about 1 cup frosting.
Spread it over the brownies as soons they come out of the oven.
Cool it completely.
Cut into square pieces and store in air tight container.
