Instructions
  1. cook noodles using water ,little salt
  2. when its cooked drain excess water
  3. fry little of noodles in a nest like shape. keep the rest .
  4. when its fried take it off.
  5. it should be deep fried ,we need it crispy.
  6. heat a pan add oil and sauté first ginger garlic and green chilly, then add onion to it.
  7. then sauté well and add carrot and cauliflower.
  8. when its half cooked add chicken and sauté well.
  9. then add pepper powder.
  10. add little water if needed or add oil ,then add capsicum and stir well.
  11. then add cooked beef (it should be cooked using salt and pepper)
  12. sauté it well ,close it for 5 mint
  13. then take another pan put 1 tsp oil.
  14. then add all the sauces
  15. and cornflour
  16. mix it well.
  17. add a table spoon of water and stir well.
  18. then keep this upon low flame and stir continuously until the sauce become thick
  19. then add the cooked noodles .
  20. then add the other ingredients and mix well.
  21. mix it well.
  22. then take the fried nest noodle and pour I cup rice on it.
  23. then pour the saucy vegy and non vegy ingredients on it .
  24. pour spring onion on it.
  25. then place an omlet upon it.
  26. our dish is ready
