Ingredients
For making sauce:-
  • Brown vinegar - 3/4 cup
  • Corn flour - 3 tbsp
  • *Worcestershire Sauce - 2 tbsp
  • Tomato Ketchup - 5 tbsp
  • Sugar - 3/4 cup
  • Soya Sauce - 2 tbsp
For making chopsuey:
  • Cabbage(medium size) - 1 no
  • Carrot(cut into thin slices) - 3 nos
  • Beans - 10-12 nos
  • Onion(cut into thin slices) - 3 nos
  • Ajinomoto - 1/2 tbsp
  • Salt - 1 tsp
  • *Boiled Noodles - 3 Cups
  • Water(for boiling noodles and washing) -
  • All purpose flour(Maida) - 2 tsp
  • Oil - 3 tbsp

Instructions
  1. For making sauce: 1)Mix all the ingredients together except corn-flour and boil it with 1 cup of water.
  2. When it starts boiling, mix corn-flour in 1/2 cup of water and add to it.
  3. Cook till the sauce becomes thick.
  4. Remove from flame and keep aside.
  5. *For boiling noodles: 1)Take 6-7 cups of water in a patella and boil it.
  6. When it starts boiling, put noodles in it. Do not cover the vessel. Boil it for 2-3 minutes.
  7. Remove from flame and strain it through a strainer.
  8. Wash it with cold water for 5-7 times and simultaneously strain it.
  9. Leave it in the strainer for 20 minutes.
  10. For making fried noodles: 1)Take out 2 cups of boiled noodles.
  11. For absorbing water, spread maida over noodles and mix it properly. Separate the noodles with the help of fingertips.
  12. Heat about 2 cups of oil in a pan.
  13. Fry the noodles to a golden brown colour and keep them aside.
  14. For making chopsuey: 1)Heat 1 tbsp of oil in a pan.
  15. Fry onions for 3-4 minutes.
  16. Put all the vegetables along with salt and fry again for 2 -3 minutes. Stir well.
  17. Add the boiled noodles and mix well.
  18. Add the prepared sauce.
  19. Finally, add the fried noodles.
  20. :-Serve hot.
