Fry the noodles on both the sides in the pan by adding salt too.
Fry it until it becomes yellowish orange in color.
Keep this fried noodles aside in a serving dish.
In another small bowl, put corn flour and mix it with water.
For the second layer over the fried noodles, put cabbage, carrot, salt, pepper, chicken, chicken stock, onion, tomato sauce and the corn flour solution in a heated pan of oil.
Mix it nicely.
Pour this mixture on the noodles and serve it with a bulls eye egg forming the 3rd layer if possible.
