American Style Mango Pie Soft and tasty mango pie 3 nos Graham Cracker pie crusts (easily available in all stores)1 container Mango pulp8 oz Cream cheese16 oz Sour cream3 small Getatine (unflavoured)Sugar (if extra sugar needs to be added and/or if the mango pulp is unsweetened) In 3 cups of boiling water, add 3 packets of gelatine and stir in, until disolved. In a large vessel, pour an entire can of mango pulp, sour cream, cream cheese and fold it into the pulp. Once it is well blended, add getatine mixture.Add sugar, if necessary. Pour this mixture into the pie crusts and refrigerate (do not freeze) for 3 - 4 hours or until firm. Slice and serve.:- This recipe is for 3 pies.
