  • Amla - 20
  • Ghee - 1/2 cup
  • Sugar - 1 cup
  • Orange color - 1 pinch
  • Cashew nuts - 10
  • Raisin - 10
  • Water - 1/4 cup
  • Cardamom powder is optional( i didn't use) i need amla flavor more. -

Instructions
  1. Cut amla and remove seed and grind as smooth paste and extract the juice and keep aside
  2. Keep aside extract amla
  3. In Pan add Amla juice 1/4 cup and add water 1/4 cup and brings to boil
  4. Add extracted amla in that boiling water
  5. Add sugar and mix well in that mixture and cook up to sugar dissolves
  6. After 10mins add color
  7. Add ghee and cook for 10 mins
  8. when glaze comes from halwa add roasted cashew and raisin in that halwa
  9. Turn off and and allow to cool and its ready to serve with hot or cold.
