Amla Poha

Amla poha is an highly nutritive dish , made very quickly . This could be served as an evening snack for children. The poha is soaked for 5 mins and excess water is squeezed. The amla is grated and sauteed with mustard and green chillies and the poha is added to make this instant easy snack .

Ingredients
  

  • amla 2 grated
  • poha 1 cup
  • mustard 1 sp
  • channa dal 1/4 sp
  • urad dal 1/4 sp
  • curry leaf few
  • green chilli chopped 2 no.
  • turmeric 1/4 sp
  • salt to taste

Instructions
 

  • in oil saute mustard, channa dal and urad dal
  • add curry leaf and green chilli
  • add grated amla
  • add salt, turmeric to it
  • to this add soaked poha and mix well
  • turn it hot and serve.
