Amla Poha

Amla poha is an highly nutritive dish , made very quickly . This could be served as an evening snack for children. The poha is soaked for 5 mins and excess water is squeezed. The amla is grated and sauteed with mustard and green chillies and the poha is added to make this instant easy snack .

Instructions
  1. in oil saute mustard, channa dal and urad dal
  2. add curry leaf and green chilli
  3. add grated amla
  4. add salt, turmeric to it
  5. to this add soaked poha and mix well
  6. turn it hot and serve.
