  • Carrots(grated) - 3 tbsp
  • Bread slices - 3 nos
  • Ghee/butter to grease the pan -
  • Cardamom powder(Elakka) - 1 tsp

Instructions
  1. Beat the eggs.
  2. Add milk, sugar, cardamom powder and the grated carrot to the egg mix.
  3. Cut the bread slices into triangle shapes.
  4. Dip the bread pieces in the mix and spread the egg mix evenly on both the sides of the bread pieces.
  5. Keeping the flame low, grease the frying pan with ghee/butter.
  6. Roast the bread pieces until it is light brown in colour.
  7. :- Instead of the sugar and cardamom powder, if u add 2 green chillies, 1/2 teaspoon of ginger paste and finely chopped coriander leaves, its also a tasty snack.
