Ingredients
  

  • 50 g Anchovies Cleaned and washed
  • 1/2 tbsp Lemon juice
  • Oil For frying

For Preparing Marinade:

  • For preparing the crispy crunchy fish delicacy, first soak the washed anchovies in some water along with 1/2 tbsp lemon juice for 5 minutes. This is to remove any unwanted smell and impurities.
  • Remove the anchovies from water and drain well.
  • Prepare a soft marinade using the ingredients: red chilly powder, turmeric powder, pepper powder, lemon juice, fenugreek powder and required salt.
  • Apply the marinade on the anchovies and refrigerate for 30 minutes. Heat oil in a frying pan and fry the marinated anchovies to a golden brown color or until crisp.
  • This is a tasty mouth watering unique dish, a favorite with both the young as well as old. Serve hot with rice and enjoy. While treating the fish with small children, keep in mind that the small bones do not hurt them. Better to remove the bones while feeding kids who are very young...
