  • Chicken(curry cut) - 750 gm
  • Onion(sliced) - 400 gm
  • Ginger garlic paste - 3 tbsp
  • Turmeric - 1 tsp
  • Corinder powder - 2 tsp
  • Chilli powder - 2 tsp
  • Jira powder - 2 tsp
  • Cashew nut - 15-20 nos
  • Curry leaves(few) -
  • green chilli - 4-5 nos
  • Coriander leaves(few) -
  • Red chillie - 5 nos
  • Oil - 300 ml

Instructions
  1. Heat oil in a pan.
  2. Add onion, ginger/garlic paste and green chillie. 3)When it turns brown add Chicken and all the other ingredients except the red chillie and coriander leaves.
  3. Once the chicken is cooked add red chillie and cook for 2-3 minutes.
  4. :- Andhra chicken fry is ready.
  5. :- Garnished andhra chicken fry with coriander leaves and serve hot!!!
