Instructions
  1. Clean the chicken and cut into small pieces.
  2. Mix the pieces with ginger paste, garlic paste, salt, chilly powder and turmeric powder.
  3. Keep aside for 1/2 an hour.
  4. Add gram flour or besan to the marinated chicken pieces and mix well.
  5. Heat oil in a wide pan or kadai.
  6. Fry the chicken pieces, until they turn golden brown.
  7. Add a little lemon juice for taste.
  8. :- Serve hot as a snack or with rice.
