Instructions
  1. Soak rice for 1/2 hour and drain.
  2. Heat oil in a pressure cooker.
  3. Add cloves, cardamon and cumin and fry for a minute.
  4. Add green chillies and saute.
  5. Add chopped onions and ginger-garlic paste and saute well.
  6. Add garam masala powder, chilly powder, turmeric powder and salt and saute well for a minute.
  7. Add tomatoes and saute till it get smashed well.
  8. Add eggs directly to this mixture and mix well and keep stirring till its done.
  9. Add rice to this mixture and mix well.
  10. Add 3 1/2 cups water and cook, till the rice is done.
  11. Add chopped coriander leaves.
  12. :- Serve hot.
