Andhra Egg Biriyani Mouthwatering and tasty biriyani 2 cups Rice2 nos Eggs4 nos Cloves (Grambu)2 nos Cardamom (Elakka)1/2 tbsp Cumin seeds (Jeerakam)1 no Onion1 no Tomato (medium)1/2 tbsp Garam masala powder1 Boiled egg2 nos Green chillies1/2 tbsp Chilly powderTurmeric powder (A little)Ginger (garlic paste - 1/2 tbsp)Coriander leaves(chopped) for garnishingOil (As reqd)Salt (As reqd) Soak rice for 1/2 hour and drain.Heat oil in a pressure cooker.Add cloves, cardamon and cumin and fry for a minute.Add green chillies and saute.Add chopped onions and ginger-garlic paste and saute well.Add garam masala powder, chilly powder, turmeric powder and salt and saute well for a minute.Add tomatoes and saute till it get smashed well.Add eggs directly to this mixture and mix well and keep stirring till its done.Add rice to this mixture and mix well.Add 3 1/2 cups water and cook, till the rice is done.Add chopped coriander leaves.:- Serve hot.
