Instructions
  1. Take dhal and pressure cook it for 10 mins(3 whistles).
  2. Heat some oil in a pan or a kadai.
  3. Fry the finely chopped onions, till it turns brown.
  4. Add the finely chopped tomatoes to it and cook on a low flame, until the tomatoes become a paste.
  5. Add garlic to it.
  6. Add the cooked dhal into this paste and pour 2 cups of water.
  7. Keep this mixture on low flame until it boils.
  8. Garnish with coriander leaves.
  9. Allow the curry to set for 10 mins.
  10. :- Serve with rice.
