Instructions
  1. Heat oil in a deep fry pan.
  2. Add ginger-garlic paste to it.
  3. Add washed whole tomatoes (or cut them into 4 pieces) to it and fry for 2 mins.
  4. Keep covered on medium flame for 10 - 15 mins.
  5. After tomatoes are half cooked, mash them lightly with spoon.
  6. Cover it again with a lid for 5 mins.
  7. After tomatoes are finely cooked, add turmeric powder, coriander powder and chilly powder to it, mix and cover it for 5 mins.
  8. Add salt to it and let it be for 2 mins.
  9. Switch off the flame.
  10. :- Serve with rice, rotis or snacks like idli, dosa etc.
