Ripe olives

Green olives
finely chopped

cup
Pickled onions
finely chopped
1/4
cup
Cooking
oil

Green pepper
finely chopped, small
1
cup
Cauliflower
finely chopped
2 1/4
cups
Ketchup
12
oz
Mixed pickles
finely chopped
1
lb
Cooked mushrooms
finely chopped
7
oz
Canned tuna
Lemon juice
Salt
As reqd
Pepper
As reqd
Instructions
Put the olives, onions,
oil
, green pepper and cauliflower in a saucepan and bring to a boil on a medium heat.
Simmer for 10 mins.
Add ketchup, mixed pickles and cooked mushrooms.
Return to a boil and then simmer for 10 more mins.
Stir often so that the mixture does not stick.
Add tuna.
Remove from heat and chill for several hours.
Add a little lemon juice, if you would like it a bit sharper.
Add
salt
and pepper to taste.
