Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup Ripe olives
  • 1/4 cup Green olives finely chopped
  • 1 cup Pickled onions finely chopped
  • 1/4 cup Cooking oil
  • 1 no Green pepper finely chopped, small
  • 1 cup Cauliflower finely chopped
  • 2 1/4 cups Ketchup
  • 12 oz Mixed pickles finely chopped
  • 1 lb Cooked mushrooms finely chopped
  • 7 oz Canned tuna
  • Lemon juice 
  • Salt As reqd
  • Pepper As reqd

Instructions
 

  • Put the olives, onions, oil, green pepper and cauliflower in a saucepan and bring to a boil on a medium heat.
  • Simmer for 10 mins.
  • Add ketchup, mixed pickles and cooked mushrooms.
  • Return to a boil and then simmer for 10 more mins.
  • Stir often so that the mixture does not stick.
  • Add tuna.
  • Remove from heat and chill for several hours.
  • Add a little lemon juice, if you would like it a bit sharper.
  • Add salt and pepper to taste.
