  • Ripe olives - 1 cup
  • Green olives(finely chopped) - 1/4 cup
  • Pickled onions(finely chopped) - 1 cup
  • Cooking oil - 1/4 cup
  • Green pepper(finely chopped, small) - 1 no
  • Cauliflower(finely chopped) - 1 cup
  • Ketchup - 2 1/4 cups
  • Mixed pickles(finely chopped) - 12 oz
  • Cooked mushrooms(finely chopped) - 1 lb
  • Canned tuna - 7 oz
  • Lemon juice -

Instructions
  1. Put the olives, onions, oil, green pepper and cauliflower in a saucepan and bring to a boil on a medium heat.
  2. Simmer for 10 mins.
  3. Add ketchup, mixed pickles and cooked mushrooms.
  4. Return to a boil and then simmer for 10 more mins.
  5. Stir often so that the mixture does not stick.
  6. Add tuna.
  7. Remove from heat and chill for several hours.
  8. Add a little lemon juice, if you would like it a bit sharper.
  9. Add salt and pepper to taste.
