Appam batter made with white rice and aval

White rice
Pachari
1 1/2
glass
Rice flakes
aval/poha
Water
For grinding
Yeast
A pinch
Salt
As reqd
Sugar
As reqd
Instructions
Soak rice for 5 hours before grinding.
Soak aval for 15 minutes before grinding.
Grind separately with required
water
.
Add
salt
and yeast(dissolved in luke warm
water
)
Mix the batter very well and keep for 6 hours over night.
Morning we can add
sugar
for taste. Mix well.
Make very soft and yummy appam using appam chatti.
