  • Light brown sugar - 1 cup
  • Honey - 1/2 cup
  • Milk - 1/2 cup
  • Vegetable oil - 1/2 cup
  • Ground cinnamon(Karugapatta) - 1 tsp
  • Cloves(Grambu) - 1 tsp
  • Baking powder - 1 tsp
  • Baking soda - 1 tsp
  • Apples(diced) - 1 cup
  • Eggs(room temperature) - 2 nos

Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 325 degrees.
  2. Grease and flour or spray with baking spray the baking pan.
  3. In a large bowl, mix together the eggs, cinnamon, cloves and brown sugar.
  4. In a small bowl or measuring cup, mix the oil, milk and honey.
  5. Add baking soda, baking powder and flour to the egg mixture.
  6. Add in the milk/oil mixtures and stir until it is mixed completely.
  7. Add the apples and pour into the prepared pan.
  8. Bake for 40 mins or until a toothpick inserted in the middle comes out clean.
  9. Cool the cake for about 10 mins in the pan and cool for another 20 mins after removing from the pan.
