Instructions
  1. For preparing apple jam, first remove the skin and seeds of the apples and cut them into small pieces as shown in the below picture.
  2. Boil the apple slices in steam.
  3. When the apple slices are boiled well, take it out and keep aside to cool.
  4. Smash the boiled apple slices using a tea-spoon.
  5. Heat the smashed apple in a vessel and then add the lemon juice into it and stir well.
  6. After two minutes, add sugar also and stir it further.
  7. Boil the mix for about ten minutes or till it becomes in paste form.
  8. Apple jam is ready and can be served with bread, chappati etc.Since the jam is made with apple, sugar and lemon juice only, children of any age will like it very much and it will not create any side effects or health problems for children.Generally this jam can be prepared within 40 v 50 minutes.
