  • Sugar - 1 3/4 tbsp
  • Milk - 1/2 cup
  • Cardmom(powdered) -

  • Cashewnut(chopped) - 2 tbsp
  • Ghee - 3/4 tbsp
  • Vanilla Essence(Few drops) -

Instructions
  1. For preparing apple khoya halwa for kids, first melt ghee in a non-stick pan.
  2. Add the grated apple and cook for 5 minutes stirring continuously.
  3. When the apple is almost done, add khoya/mava and cook for 3 minutes stirring in between.
  4. Stir in milk and cook in low heat for 5 more minutes.
  5. Add sugar, chopped walnut, cashewnut and cardmom. Cook in medium heat for 5 minutes till it gets a halwa consistency.
  6. Sprinkle vanilla essence and mix well.
  7. Delicious apple khoya halwa for kids, is ready.
