1 1/4 cup Apple (grated)2 tbsp Khoya/Mava1 3/4 tbsp Sugar1/2 cup MilkCardmom (powdered)2 tbsp Walnut (chopped)2 tbsp Cashewnut (chopped)3/4 tbsp GheeVanilla essence (Few drops) For preparing apple khoya halwa for kids, first melt ghee in a non-stick pan.Add the grated apple and cook for 5 minutes stirring continuously.When the apple is almost done, add khoya/mava and cook for 3 minutes stirring in between.Stir in milk and cook in low heat for 5 more minutes. Add sugar, chopped walnut, cashewnut and cardmom. Cook in medium heat for 5 minutes till it gets a halwa consistency.Sprinkle vanilla essence and mix well.Delicious apple khoya halwa for kids, is ready. North Indian
