Instructions
  1. For preparing Apple Toffee, place sugar and water just enough to dissolve the sugar in a pan.
  2. Boil, till it reaches one thread consistency.
  3. Add a cup of milk powder to it and stir well.
  4. Add colour and mix well.
  5. When it becomes dry, add ghee.
  6. Add nuts and coconut and mix well again.
  7. Switch off the flame.
  8. Add the remaining milk powder and mix well.
  9. Allow it to cool.
  10. Make small balls off the above mixture.
  11. Shape them into that of apples.
  12. Poke a clove at the tip of the shaped Apple Toffee to get an "APPLE LOOK".
