Instructions
  1. Grind the tomato to a smooth paste.
  2. Heat oil in a vessel and sauté ginger and garlic for 3 - 4 minutes.
  3. Add green chilly and onion and sauté again for 5 minutes.
  4. Add chilly powder, turmeric powder, garam masala and salt as required. Mix well.
  5. Add tomato paste and mix well.
  6. Cook it for 7 - 10 minutes.
