Instructions
  1. For preparing arabic garlic sauce, first combine garlic, mayonnaise and curd in a blender and make a smooth paste.
  2. While blending add olive oil, lemon juice, salt and pepper.
  3. Make this into a thick paste.
  4. Serve the arabic garlic sauce with roties, naan and khubus.
  5. You can refrigerate arabic garlic sauce up to 5 days.
