5–Jaggerygrind the jaggery and keep the powder separately
Instructions
Heat the frying pan/Cheenachatti in medium flame and put the Rice into the pan and stir the rice to roast (after about 3 minutes of putting the rice into the pan and stir it, the rice will start to burst and colour will turn into golden then the stove can put off and allow to cool the roasted rice for some time).
After 2 – 3 minutes, grind the roasted rice in a mixer and keep this powder in a Bowl.
Add Jaggery powder and grated Coconut into the rice powder
Mix well the Rice powder, grated Coconut and Jaggery powder together
Make small rolls with this mixed powder of Rice, Jaggery and grated Coconut
