Instructions
  1. Cook rice and tool dal with 2 cup of water cook for 5 minutes ie,3 whistle.
  2. Boil jaggery with 1/2 cup water for 2 minutes.And strain it with a filter.
  3. Add this jaggery mix to cooked rice and dal and boil for 2 minutes.
  4. Heat ghee in a kadai and add cashew and kiss miss sate for a minute.
  5. Add this cashews and kiss miss and add 1 cup coconut milk to this and boil for 2 minutes.
  6. Now Arisi parippu payasam is ready
