Instructions
  1. For preparing ariyunda, wash the boiled rice(puzhungalari) well and fry it in a china dish in low heat.
  2. When it starts to pop, bring it from the flame and let it cool.
  3. Grind in a mixer grinder well.
  4. Add jaggery powder and grated coconut to the above rice powder and mix it well.
  5. Then make small balls out of the above mixture.
  6. Ariyunda is ready.
