Ash gourd, also known as Petha or Pushnikai , is generally cultivated for its nourishing and medicinal values. Its mineral and vitamin contents are calcium.

  1. cut ash gourd into cubes
  2. grind it to a smooth paste
  3. add salt and sugar
  4. add curd and beat well
  5. garnish to serve
