Instructions
  1. For preparing mutton varuval, marinate mutton with turmeric, chilly powder, coriander and garam masala.
  2. Heat a pan, add ghee and fry mutton pieces in it.
  3. When mutton pieces turn brown in color, add water and cook for 1/2 hour.
  4. Mean while, fry onion slices till brown in color. Add dry chillies n curry leaves.
  5. When mutton is done and water is evaporated fully, add fried onion and coriander leaves.
  6. Attirachi varuval is ready.
