Instructions
  1. Heat oil in a pan. Add cumin seeds and fry for a minute.
  2. Add minced garlic and fry till golden brown.
  3. Add green chillies and curry leaves and sauté.
  4. Add chopped fenugreek leaves and sauté for a minute and then add chopped coriander and sauté together for 3-4 minutes.

  8. Add boiled potatoes and salt and mix together well.
