Instructions
  1. In a pan heat the oil and temper the mustard, broken black gram, red chilli and curry leaves.
  2. Add onion and sauté it
  3. Add salt, turmeric and boiled avarakka / field beans and mix well for 5 mins
  4. Off the flame and put the grated coconut and mix it
  5. Avarakka / field sundal is ready to serve
