  • Moong dal(soaked) - 1/4 cup
  • Onion(Chopped) - 1 no
  • Coconut grated(grated) - 1/4 cup
  • Sambhar chili powder - 1 tbsp
  • termeric - 1/2 tsp
  • Salt(can adjust as per taste) - 1 tsp
  • mustard and urad da(for temper) - 1 tsp

Instructions
  1. Wash avarakkai and chop as you need size
  2. No heat pan add oil temper mustard and urad dal
  3. Now add chopped onion saute well
  4. Now add soaked moong dal and mix well with little salt to cook fast
  5. Now add avarakka saute well
  6. Now add all powder items and mixx well
  7. Now add little water and cook until the dal smash little
  8. Now add coconut and mix well turn off the flame
