Ingredients
  

  • 250 gms Avil Rice Flakes
  • ashew nuts - 10 gms
  • 10 gms Dried Grapes
  • 5 nos Cardomom Clean the Cardomoms and grind them without water and keep the powder separately
  • 2 cups Grated Coconut
  • 8 pieces Jaggery Grind the Jaggery in a mixer without water and keep the powder separately

Instructions
 

  • Roast the Avil (Rice flakes) in medium flame, grind it in a mixer (without water) and keep the powder separately.
  • Take the Grated Coconut, Avil (Rice flakes) Powder, Cardomom Powder and Jaggery powder in a big vessel and mix them together and make the powders mix very smooth (this will help to get the Laddus correct shape)
  • Take small portions of the powders mix in hand and roll them to balls and garnish them (the laddus) with Cashew-nuts and dried Grapes. Avil (Rice flakes) Laddus are ready. All people in the family can eat these delicious, naturally prepared Laddus to their satisfaction.
