  • Toamato - 3
  • Raw mango - 1 small
  • Green chilly - 4
  • Shallots - 5
  • garlic - 1 clove
  • Red chilly powder - 2 1/2 tsp
  • Turmeric powder - 1/2 tsp
  • Cumin seed - 1/2 tsp
  • Mustard seed - 1/2 tsp
  • Fenugreek seed - 3/4 tsp
  • Curry leaves(little) -
  • Coriander leaves(litt) -

Instructions
  1. Cut the veggies and keep it ready.
  2. Heat oil an a clay pot and splutter,mustard seed,fenugreek seed and cumin seed,then add shallots and saute until light brown in color
  3. Add tomato,green chilly,raw mango,garlic,coriander leaves,curry leaves and saute for 5 minutes.
  4. Add chilly powder,turmeric powder,salt and water as required.cook it for 10 minutes in low flame.
  5. Add mackrel and cook again for 10 minutes.
  6. Ayala Mulakittathu/Mackrel red fish curry with raw mango is ready to serve.
