Instructions
  1. For preparing ayala thoran, cook fish with turmeric powder, chilly powder, gambooge, little salt and required water.
  2. Crush the ingredients for grinding.
  3. Saute mustard, chillies and urad daal in oil.
  4. Add red onion and curry leaves.
  5. Add turmeric and chilly powder. Add the crushed coconut mixture and saute well.
  6. Add the minced fish and fry well.
  7. Ayala thoran is ready.
