Urad daal
Uzhunnu parippu
Curry leaves
Few
Instructions
For preparing ayala thoran, cook fish with
turmeric powder
, chilly powder, gambooge, little
salt
and required
water
.
Crush the ingredients for grinding.
Saute mustard, chillies and urad daal in
oil
.
Add red
onion
and
curry leaves
.
Add
turmeric
and chilly powder. Add the crushed
coconut
mixture and saute well.
Add the minced fish and fry well.
Ayala thoran is ready.
