In a bowl add curd, baking soda, sugar and mix it well.
Add maida, melted dalda, salt and mix well. Then add water little by little to form a smooth dough. Knead it again for 10 minutes and keep it aside for half an hour.
Divide the dough and roll it into lemon sized balls. Gently press on the middle of the balls with your thumb.
Heat oil in a pan and fry it on medium flame. Flip it to other side and fry until golden brown. Drain it in the paper towel and keep it aside.
For preparing syrup, add 1/4 cup of water to sugar in a pan. Heat until syrup forms a single string consistency, Switch off the flame.
Place all the fried baadusha into the sugar syrup. Dip well on both sides. Keep it for 2-3 minutes.
