  • Tomato puree - 3 tbsp
  • Turmeric powder(A pinch) -
  • Roasted groundnut powder - 1/2 cup
  • Chilly powder - 1/2 tsp
  • Coriander leaves(chopped) - 1 tbsp
  • Oil - 1 tbsp
  • Salt(As reqd) -

Instructions
  1. Add turmeric powder, required salt and 2 cups of water to baby corn and pressure cook for 10 minutes until done. Keep this aside.
  2. Marinade the corn with all other ingredients and deep fry it in kadai.
  3. Stir in cooked baby corn and cook for 5 minutes. Add salt if necessary.
  4. Garnish baby corn/baby makai fry with chopped coriander leaves and serve hot with chappathis, parathas etc.
