Instructions
  1. For preparing baby corn dal curry, cook toovar dal and masoor dal in a cooker with salt, bay leaves, cloves and cinnamon with little water.
  2. Cook baby corn separately.
  3. Heat oil in a kadai, add onion, ginger-garlic paste and green chillies.
  4. Add turmeric, chilly powder, coriander and cumin.
  5. Add tomatoes and blend well.
  6. Add cooked baby corn and dal. Mash the dal with ladle.
  7. Add coriander leaves and serve hot.
  8. Baby corn dal curry is ready.
