  • slice the onion and chop the capsicum
  • in a pan heat the oil and temper the cumin seed and red chili
  • add onion, green chili and capsicum and saute it for 3 mins
  • add ginger garlic paste and tomato puree and mix well until the raw smell goes out
  • add red chili powder. salt. turmeric, coriander powder and garam masala and mix it
  • in mean while bar boil the baby corn by adding little salt
  • add par boiled baby corn to the masala and mix it
  • allow to cook for 5 mins in medium flame until the masala get cooked with baby corn
  • now baby corn masala is ready
