Instructions
  1. For preparing baby corn in hot chilly paste, first cook baby corn with little salt and water.
  2. Drain and and keep aside. Preserve the water.
  3. Grind dry chillies, vinegar and 3 cloves of garlic. Make a smooth paste.
  4. In a wok, heat oil. Add garlic chopped, onion, capsicum, green chillies, pepper and red chilly paste.
  5. Add sugar, soya sauce, salt, sweet sauce, coriander leaves and cooked baby corn.
  6. Mix corn flour in corn cooked water and pour over.
  7. Baby corn in hot chilly paste is ready.
