Baby Taro In Spicy Yogurt Curry(Chembu Moru Curry)

Chembu moru curry is a traditional recipe,the main ingtedient of this recipe is Chembu/Taro.A meal with Chembu Moru Curry is a great combination.The combination is irresistable for me.Curru tastes even better once it cools and sits for a while.

Instructions
  1. Pell the taro/chemb and wash it nicely.
  2. Add turmeric powder,chilly powder,salt and 2 cup water
  3. Cook it in a pressure cooker for 1 whistle
  4. Heat oil in a clay pot and splutter mustard seed in it
  5. Add cooked taro with enough water and let it boil.
  6. Grind the coconut with little water to make a thick paste.
  7. Add this thick coconut paste and curd into this cooking taro and cook for few second.when it starts boil,turn off the flame.
  8. Serve with rice as a side dish.
