Fried Chicken
Ingredients
- 1 kg Chicken thighs
- 1 cup Yoghurt
- Lemon half
- Salt As reqd
- 1 tbsp Pepper powder
- 1 no Egg
- 1 tbsp Corn flour
- 6 nos Badam
- 6 nos Cashewnut
Instructions
- In a bowl, put yoghurt, lemon, salt and pepper powder.
- Put the chicken into this amd mix well and leave for one hour.
- Grind badam and cashewnut and put into the mix.
- Dip the chicken in the above and deep fry.
- :- Serve hot.
