Instructions
  1. Make one thread consistency syrup with sugar and water.
  2. Make a dough with bisquick and sour cream.
  3. Roll it into balls and flatten slightly.
  4. Score a circle on the patty with a knife or small cap.
  5. Deep fry in crisco or oil on low fire till med brown.
  6. Dip in syrup by pushing it deep down, remove and set aside.
  7. :- Can place a walnut or pecan in the center immediately after dipping.
