Toasted brinjals
Ingredients
- 2 nos Brinjals black and big
- 2 nos Tomato
- 2 nos Chillies big
- 1 no Onion finely chopped
- Chilly powder very little
- Garam masala powder sprinkle
- Salt As reqd
Instructions
- Roast brinjals, tomatoes and green chillies on fire wood/campfire.
- Remove the burnt skin.
- Finely mash brinjal, tomatoes and green chillies.
- Sprinkle salt, chilly powder and garam masala.
- Garnish with onion.
- :- Serve with chappati/parathas.
- :- Great for camping.
