Instructions
  1. Roast brinjals, tomatoes and green chillies on fire wood/campfire.
  2. Remove the burnt skin.
  3. Finely mash brinjal, tomatoes and green chillies.
  4. Sprinkle salt, chilly powder and garam masala.
  5. Garnish with onion.
  6. :- Serve with chappati/parathas.
  7. :- Great for camping.
